I work with individual adults and couples, mainly related to learning to cope with anxiety, depression, and trauma and the ways that it impacts their lives. Many of my clients are part of the LGBTQ+ community. I provide a safe space and offer support for trans individuals who are exploring gender
identity, while coping with external aggressions. I help queer couples to improve communication and navigate the stresses of living in a heteronormative society. I am an inclusive therapist who works with racially diverse clients, from a social justice informed lens. I provide trauma informed treatment to
clients from a systemic perspective that considers the whole person, not just their diagnosis. I use evidence-based treatment modalities, specifically, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I am Level 2 Gottman Method
trained. I have been working as a therapist for 14 years, with the last 8 years focusing on couples and adult individuals.
